At the moment Office Hours are flexible around teaching and training. Enquiries will be replied to Monday to Friday (excluding bank hols)

Studio Hire:
This is available for current students only.
Remember to let us know: when you are looking to hire the studio, what you want to hire it for eg: pole, how many of you there will be.
Whilst we always try to accommodate studio hire issues such as equipment set up, studio availability and opening the studio are all factors which will determine when studio hire is possible.

Do people compete?
Some of our students and instructors do complete but for the most part people come to classes to get fit, have fun and make friends.
We usually run a Tempest Studio competition twice a year which a fab way to focus and to show off your new found skills with family and friends.
Can I join you?
We’d love to have you join one of our classes! If you have any questions or worries do drop us a email to ask. All our regular classes you can start any point in the year, no need to wait for a new term.
