Our most comprehensive and fun pole party – a real treat!
Warm up
Learn basic spins, dance moves and sexy floor work
Have a go at climbing and sitting up the pole
Learn how to walk in heels and strike flattering poses
Put what you’ve learnt together in a choreographed routine
Freestyle dance off with prizes for best dancers

Burlesque Beauties Package 1.5 hrs
Strut your stuff! Learn moves and techniques and become a Burlesque Diva!
Bring high heels!
Gloves, coats and scarves are all part of the British wardrobe –
discover how to remove them gracefully and with a bit of flare and tantalising tease!
Learn some sexy combinations and fun and flirty choreography.

Aerial Adventure 1.5 hrs
Warm up
Standing tall – Learn figures standing in the fabric.
Time to invert – we go upside down to perform star and gazelle
Fun with flips
All tied up – get to grips with foot locks and figures
