Durham dance studio supports young people in need

Raising money for: If U Care Share Foundation

Studio owner Mandy Williams said: “Tempest Dance Studio in Durham is a supportive family and know the importance of being there for one another and how, in a difficult and challenging world, we all need help and support sometimes.

“They are so committed to ensuring that this help is available to young people in need they organised a “Fundraising Sleepover” on the evening of Saturday the 3rd of September, for their members, with all money raised going to the If U Care Share Foundation, who offer 24/7 assistance to young people in need.

“Many of us have personal experience of the pain and anguish experienced by family and friends struggling with emotional and mental health issues, some of us have struggled with them ourselves. Here at Tempest we understand the difference physical exercise can play in recovery and we have members who have spoken about this too.
