Beth Hamilton Workshop – Pretty Combos and all things splitty 22nd January @ 2.00-3.30pm
Join Beth Hamilton for an amazing 1 1/2 hour workshop that will get you working on some familiar moves into combos, including some of the more flexible moves that Beth is known for.
Beth is an X-pert qualified pole instructor. She has a wealth of experience having poled for 6 years and has learned from some of the best such as Sarah Scott, Bendy Kate, Dan Rosen, Marion Crampe to name just a few. The session is suitable for all of those who can invert confidently. Beth will give you hints and tips to add more flexiblity to your moves – come along and see what you can achieve!!

PDC Grading Session for Pole Dancers Sunday 29th January @ 11.00-2.00pm
A FREE PDC grading session for those who purchased their AAP membership through Tempest Dance Studio. Other members can grade for £15. Choose your appropriate level (discuss with your instructor if unsure) and perform 10 moves individually and as part of a routine. You will also be marked on your warm up and cool down. We may hold extra practise sessions for those grading. There are 6 levels to choose from – choose the one which you can comfortably complete.

Exciting New Bellydance Workshop with Gillian
Saturday 9th April
Come along for a wiggle and a giggle!
This workshop is low impact and suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes so join Gillian and add some shimmy and sparkle to your Saturday! The workshop is open to anyone who would like to give belly dance a go – no experience necessary!
Wear something that you are comfortable moving in e.g. leggings and a T-shirt or wear a flowing skirt to get in the mood! Coin belts will be available to borrow. We usually dance bare foot but yoga socks (with the grippy soles) or ballet shoes can be a good alternative if needed.
